Politècnics Barcelona
They already talk to an assistant. That’s where the assessment happens.
You write what they should know — or you tell the assistant to build it. They answer in ChatGPT or Claude. You see who can choose and justify in a real situation.
Any sitting you can describe
A workshop safety check. An oral review of RA2. Forty minutes on subnetting. Practice until they can apply it. If you can say it, you can set it.
Written questions
Short answer, multiple choice, true or false, open questions with a rubric.
Conversation review
A spoken-style sitting: the assistant probes the learning outcomes and writes the report.
Practice
Formative, retakes allowed, the mark can stay hidden.
Timed sitting
A clock on the session. When time is up, answers stop.
Your own rules
Language, grade bands, welcome text, shuffle, pass mark — or anything you name in the prompt.
Make a 25-minute practice for DAM1 A on RA3 — exception handling. Catalan. Hide the score. Allow a retake. Probe until they can choose the right structure in a real method and say why.
How a sitting goes
- 1
Write the test — or ask the assistant to
Material, questions, learning outcomes, time limit, language. In the portal or by telling ChatGPT what you want.
- 2
Give each person a code
No student account. One code is one sitting of this test. Share a join link that works without signing in.
- 3
They answer in their assistant
They add Testbot to ChatGPT or Claude, send the code, and sit the test there.
- 4
You see what they still have to learn
Marks, levels, and a study plan for the gaps — not a photocopy of the notes.
Teachers
Build in the portal or by talking to the assistant. Hand out codes. Open, close, retake, export. Read who is stuck, and on which learning outcome.
